Jun 12, 2021 - Today, June 12th, was my first time this year to visit the Farmer's Market. Before the Covid madness, I would go just about every Saturday morning, always arriving about 15 minutes early so I could find parking close by and spend a little time chatting with my favorite venders before the 7 A.M. time when they could start taking money. This morning, however, I was made to wait in line in the hot sun until EXACTLY 7 A.M. before I could enter. This is silly and exactly what I should expect from the Oak Park elites who can't get enough power and can't let go of it when they have some. I won't be coming back to Oak Park's market, the one in LaGrange is so much bigger and so much more welcoming. I noticed this morning too, that my favorite venders aren't there anymore and I'm not surprised.
