Jul 26, 2020 - I went to the Mahtomedi Farmers Market on Saturday, July 25th and there was no Market. Never seem to know if they will have a market from one week to the next. I will from now on go either to White Bear, Maplewood or Stillwater as they are at least reliable and have their markets when they say they will.
Aug 23, 2017 - Beware of the folks selling expensive organic fruit. We purchased 10 lbs. of organic Colorado peaches on August 19th and as they ripen they turn into mealy tasteless mush. I would never expect that out of Colorado peaches, no less organic ones. The Colorado peaches purchased from the grocery store this year were spectacular so there is no excuse there about bad growing conditions. Now we are stuck with $35 if compost.
